CROCUS TERRORIST ATTACK AND THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE!

Two days later I was surprised to receive a letter of appreciation from the Russian ambassador himself H.E. Vladlen Semivolos. Shame! I wondered where our government officials were, the people who are paid to maintain, navigate, and nurture foreign relations? Clearly this ommission was unprofessional, inhumane and insensitive behaviour on their part, especially when they are doing this to Uganda's long-time real friends.
