NUCLEAR DOCTRINE 2023.

Ladies & Gentlemen,

As an African observing the escalatory nature of globalized conflicts, I would like to opine a new, simple, and clear nuclear doctrine for the Russian Federation:

1 - If any nuclear missile is ever detected heading towards Russia, since Moscow will not have the time to investigate who sent it (especially as these nuclear missiles can be launched from anywhere even by submarines), all countries on Russia's list of 'Unfriendly Nations' will immediately be sent multiple simultaneous retaliatory nuclear strikes.

2 - This nuclear policy will motivate all the hostile nations to ensure peace because the immediate consequence of any single nuclear attack will befall all the 'Unfriendly Nations' together, and this regardless of if any of these angry nations knew anything about the initial attack.

3 - Such nuclear deterrence is possibly the only thing that could potentially guarantee world peace & security against the perrenial warmongers, and Russia's list of 'Unfriendly Nations' will suddenly become an important global policy incentive for pro-active conflict resolution by all stakeholders.

I kindly urge the govermment of China to look into this as well and possibly ramp up production of relevant technological capacity accordingly as part of an enhanced nuclear deterrence.

CROCUS TERRORIST ATTACK AND THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE!

I noticed that ever since Uganda's 1980 general elections, Ugandans have been complaining of rigged elections one after the other to this day, all characterized by a phase of extreme violence, while Ugandans are obviously incapable of seriously improving and burglar-proofing elections in this country for the last four decades.
